Precision Plumbing-Mechanical’s success revolves around the professionalism of its employees. That is why we employ only union plumbers, pipefitters and welders that have undergone the rigorous training and education that is required to become a union journeyman. We offer a full range of commercial plumbing and piping services, including:
Plumbing: Our project managers, estimators and plumbers have experience in commercial, high rise, industrial, educational and medical projects. From a single fixture replacement to a multi million dollar hospital renovation or addition project.
Pipefitting: Our pipefitters are experienced in all phases of pipefitting, including installation, alteration and repairs to boilers, chillers, steam and condensate systems, chilled water and hot water heating systems, compressed air piping, and numerous other systems.
Medical Gas: We employ several plumbers that are certified medical gas installers, and that are familiar with the special requirements OSHPD has for working in hospitals. We have all of the equipment required for installation of these systems. All of our plumbers maintain brazing certificates required to work on these systems.
Welding: Our welders carry ASME and AWS pipe and structural steel certifications, and are registered with the National Certified Pipe Welding Bureau. We have fully equipped trailer-mounted portable welding rigs, and numerous portable electric welders. Our welders are experienced in making alterations and repairs to existing building systems, which can often prove to be most difficult.
Hot Taps: We have in house capabilities to make 4" taps on almost any existing system without interrupting service including steam, compressed air, chilled water, hot water heating, natural gas, and various other systems.
Design/Build: PPM has successfully completed numerous design/build projects. Whether done in house or in collaboration with our professional associates we are prepared to handle your project from conception to completion.
Emergency Service: PPM offers 24/7 emergency services. Our phones are monitored after-hours by an answering service that has the cell and home phone numbers of key personnel that are able to quickly respond to any of your needs. We are able to respond to most emergencies in the Los Angeles/Ventura County area within 2 hours.
Inventory: In our 10,000 sq/ft warehouse we maintain an inventory of the most commonly used pipe and fittings including schedule 40 weld pipe and fittings, cast iron, copper pipe and fittings, PVC, pressure gauges, thermometers, and an assortment of valves (ranging in size from ½”" to 8").
